MYOB's 'Sunset Policy' means it only supports the current and prior two versions of each software product. Older versions are not supported.
Users with MYOB Cover have the latest software product and full and exclusive access to MYOB's Technical Support personnel during the extended hours of 7.30am-9.30pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, via phone (1300 555 123), fax (03 9222 9899), email (support@myob.com.au), web (www.myob.com.au/support), and Live Chat.
Additional hours also apply to Retail POS software products and include 9:00am - 9:00pm (AEST) Thursday and Friday, and 9:00am – 5:00pm (AEST) Saturday and Sunday.
